indiGO has been receiving weekly professional cleaning service by Embark for two years. The experience has been positive from the start. Sunja developed a concise contract, we met to review the terms, and service began within two weeks. The crew does a great job cleaning and communicating with us regarding specific needs for the week. If we need to adjust the schedule, a phone call or email is all it takes, and the office is excellent about communicating any closings affecting services. An added bonus is that they are a bright spot in our week. We look forward to their visit each week!
