We provide personalized employment support, job coaching, and community-based services that empower people to succeed in the workforce and beyond.
What We Do

Our Employment & Community Services

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVR)

We support individuals with disabilities through every step of their employment journey from career exploration and job placement to ongoing coaching and long-term success in the workplace.

Managed Care & Community Support

Through partnerships with Managed Care Organizations, we provide personalized support that helps individuals build life skills, maintain employment, and stay actively engaged in their communities.

Project SEARCH Program

Project SEARCH offers immersive, real-world work experience for young adults with disabilities, helping them develop job skills, confidence, and a clear path toward competitive employment.

Partnerships & Employers

We partner with local businesses and organizations to create inclusive employment opportunities and community support networks.
